About the Opportunity

Yamama Cement is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to upholding and enhancing our operational excellence and quality standards within the organization.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all Operational Excellence (OPEX) processes, procedures, and documentation strictly comply with ISO 9001 standards and the company’s established Quality Management System (QMS). The specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various process improvement, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain OPEX procedures to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and provide support for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities.
• Monitor compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive the improvement of business processes and ensure robust document control practices are in place.
• Collaborate effectively with various business teams to enhance overall operational performance.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in operational excellence, ISO 9001, and Quality Management Systems.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
