About the Role

ArabWork Egypt is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth and manage key client relationships for the company’s software and SaaS solutions. This full-time position involves identifying opportunities, delivering product presentations, and closing deals to increase revenue. The role also supports the Sales Manager by providing accurate forecasts and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients within target industries.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations, both in-person and virtually, to showcase software capabilities.
  • Understand client pain points and articulate how proposed solutions address their challenges.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and renewals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination with internal support teams.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize agreements in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements.
  • Provide client feedback to product and development teams to support product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on product features, software updates, and competitive offerings.
  • Attend internal training programs to enhance sales techniques and product understanding.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS solutions, tech platforms, or digital products.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of SaaS-based products, cloud systems, and subscription models.
  • Ability to clearly explain software features, APIs, integrations, and technical workflows to clients in accessible language.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and cloud technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of data security, hosting environments, and user access management.
  • Proficiency in translating customer needs into system requirements for technical teams.
