About the Senior Sales Manager / Rentals Role

TBK International is seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Rentals to oversee the leasing operations for residential units in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a proven track record in sales and property management to achieve the complex's financial and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Manager / Rentals will be responsible for the comprehensive management of residential unit leasing. Key duties include:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
• Coordinating and conducting tours of available residential units.
• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing lease agreements.
• Ensuring all leasing activities comply with relevant legal requirements.
• Maintaining clear communication with potential and current tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitoring rent collection processes and implementing necessary actions for overdue payments.
• Generating periodic reports on financial performance and marketing outcomes.
• Proposing initiatives to enhance revenue generation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property management.
• Demonstrated experience in leasing residential properties and managing lease agreements.
• A solid understanding of leasing regulations and contract management principles.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will exhibit a strong set of professional skills, including:

• Exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Work Location and Type
