About the Role

Delta System & Software is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Expert to join its HR Technology team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is pivotal in driving global HR digital transformation by leveraging deep technical expertise and functional knowledge to design, build, and deploy robust Employee Central solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Expert will lead complex, large-scale implementations and template-based global rollouts across diverse geographies. This position functions as the ultimate Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Employee Central, ensuring adherence to best practices and aligning system capabilities with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, serving as the lead architect and configuration expert from initial phase to post-go-live support.
• Design, manage, and execute template-based global rollouts, establishing a harmonized global core HR structure while integrating critical statutory localizations.
• Conduct comprehensive workshops to define the core global template and identify necessary country-specific deviations.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Data Models (Corporate, Succession, and Country-Specific) to meet complex business requirements.
• Lead the design and deployment of key EC functionalities, including Advanced Position Management, Time Off, Time Management, Time Tracking, Global Benefits, and Document Generation.
• Oversee data migration strategies, ensuring seamless data mapping, extraction, transformation, and load processes from legacy HRIS systems.

Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership

• Partner with HR leaders, IT stakeholders, and third-party vendors to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Facilitate intensive requirement-gathering workshops and translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specification documents.
• Provide technical leadership to internal IT teams and junior consultants, acting as a mentor and escalation point for complex technical challenges.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and downstream system impacts.
• Experience with cross-module integrations (*, EC to Onboarding , Performance & Goals, Compensation).
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
