About Red Sea Global and the Role

Red Sea Global (RSG), through its subsidiary Coastal Transportation Services Company, is dedicated to redefining transportation with innovative and sustainable solutions at its Red Sea destination. We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Operations Compliance to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role supports the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Operations Compliance function at the RSG corporate level.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Specialist - Operations Compliance assists in developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and regulatory compliance programs across RSG's operational portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Operations Compliance within the Operations Excellence division, this role provides operational, analytical, and administrative support, contributing to RSG's commitment to operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and organizational governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs, SLAs, and operational procedures across RSG corporate functions and all operations subsidiaries.
• Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and identify gaps requiring remediation or escalation.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, registers, procedures, forms, templates, and records in accordance with RSG document control standards.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management summaries.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and maintain operational and compliance data from multiple business functions.
• Assist in planning and conducting regular audits of operational processes and tracking the implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor applicable international and local regulatory requirements relevant to RSG's operational domains, including land, marine, and air mobility.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal RSG stakeholders on compliance matters, submissions, and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, awareness sessions, and compliance initiatives across RSG corporate operations and functional departments.
• Liaise with cross-functional RSG teams to collect compliance information and track assigned actions.
• Support delivery of assigned compliance projects and departmental objectives.
• Carry out additional duties and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of demonstrable experience in a relevant operations compliance or related field.
• Proven experience in preparing management reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and compliance performance tracking documentation for senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver tasks within tight deadlines.

This role operates within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, requiring a high degree of flexibility and the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments, shifting priorities, and cross-functional coordination demands. The position may involve supporting site visits, regulatory engagements, and ad-hoc leadership-directed initiatives across RSG destinations.
