About the Role

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving shisha, maintaining consistent quality, and ensuring excellent presentation for all guests. This role requires a strong understanding of shisha preparation techniques, tobacco varieties, and charcoal management, alongside a commitment to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality shisha to guests.
• Ensure excellent presentation and consistency of shisha products.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of various tobacco flavors and their preparation.
• Manage charcoal handling safely and efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to all proper hygiene and safety standards in shisha preparation and service.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in shisha preparation or a similar guest service role.
• Good knowledge of shisha preparation techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with a range of tobacco flavors.
• Proficiency in charcoal handling and management.
• Ability to follow and enforce hygiene and safety protocols.

Compensation

The salary for the Shisha Specialist position ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
