About the Role

Nithar is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on the conceptualization, capture, editing, and publishing of engaging visual content for various client platforms. The role requires a hands-on approach to content production, particularly specializing in short-form video formats.

Role Focus

This position is distinct from a general social media management role, emphasizing direct content production and creation. The Content Creator will be responsible for capturing key moments and driving engagement through visual content, including real-time social media event coverage. The primary objective is to deliver high-quality, platform-specific content that aligns with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and Shorts, customized for each brand and platform.
• Provide real-time social media coverage for events, activations, and launches, encompassing on-site filming, live posting, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists that align with established brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Monitor and adapt to current platform trends, audio, formats, and features to maintain fresh and relevant content.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and copywriters to ensure content supports the broader campaign vision.
• Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement, and contribute to performance reviews with basic analytics.
• Manage content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of assets across multiple client accounts.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in creating social media video content, preferably within an agency environment.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating proficiency in reels, short-form video, and event coverage.
• Solid videography skills, whether using a professional camera or a smartphone, with a developed understanding of framing, lighting, and pacing.
• Deep and current knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube algorithms and trends.
