About Olayan Financing Company

Olayan Financing Company is seeking a Specialist Project Management to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the successful execution and completion of projects within the organization.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and oversee projects from planning through execution and closeout. The Specialist Project Management will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while effectively managing resources and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple commercial real estate projects simultaneously.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and risks are managed effectively.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Manage project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing budget variances promptly.
Facilitate communication and foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee complex projects.
Strong understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success.
