Nuqtah Business Solutions is seeking a Spending Efficiency Automation & Data Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing technical solutions to enhance spending efficiency for a government program.

The Role: Spending Efficiency Automation & Data Specialist

As a Spending Efficiency Automation & Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical and automation workstream of engagement. This involves translating spending-efficiency methodologies into practical tools, comprehensive dashboards, robust databases, and AI-assisted processes designed to support a government program.

Key Responsibilities

Draft the Business & Functional Requirements Document for a centralized spending-efficiency automation platform.
Build AI-assisted tooling for capacity/demand studies and benchmarking comparisons.
Automate the initiative lifecycle, including submission, analysis, tracking, and documentation compliance, alongside self-assessment workflows with archiving capabilities.
Develop the spending-efficiency database and establish an initiative classification structure.
Automate the spending-review process and construct a service-review performance model.
Produce indicator-performance analysis across various management levels and generate management reports.
Ensure alignment with IT and cybersecurity standards for all automated tools and systems.

Required Experience
