About the Sports Medicine Center Head of Administration Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Head of Administration for its Sports Medicine Center in Riyadh. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience and will oversee all non-clinical administrative, facility support, procurement, scheduling, and operational functions to ensure the center operates efficiently and provides excellent patient experiences. Candidates with prior experience in a Sports Medicine Center will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all administrative operations, including front office, scheduling, document control, and coordination services.
  • Develop and implement administrative operating models, workflows, policies, and service standards.
  • Ensure administrative services effectively support sports, rehab, performance, medical, and customer-facing teams.
  • Monitor administrative workloads, turnaround times, and service quality, resolving issues that impact service delivery.
  • Support the Sports Medicine Center Director in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for administrative expenses and support services.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality or safety.
  • Oversee facility readiness, maintenance coordination, space utilization, and operational infrastructure.
  • Manage vendors and service providers, including contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure the availability and maintenance of equipment, supplies, assets, and support services.
  • Oversee procurement requests, inventory coordination, and stock levels to ensure timely sourcing of operational materials.
  • Implement systems, tools, and process improvements to streamline administrative workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure administrative operations comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Act as a central coordination point between service lines, support functions, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Performance Objectives

Key performance indicators for this role include ensuring uninterrupted administrative and facility support, maintaining cost control and budget discipline, achieving strong vendor performance, improving administrative efficiency, and ensuring compliance with documentation and procurement requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in administrative operations, healthcare operations support, facility coordination, or business operations.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, facilities, and procurement.
  • Experience within healthcare, sports facilities, or wellness centers is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves extensive coordination across various internal and external stakeholders to support the operational needs of the Sports Medicine Center.
