About the Supply Chain Strategist Role

Mediserv is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Strategist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for shaping and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, and leveraging data to support business growth through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Lead initiatives focused on forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.
• Drive continuous improvement projects utilizing methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Support digital transformation efforts and the implementation of supply chain technologies.
• Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT departments to execute strategic projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess potential supply chain risks, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in supply chain strategy, planning, logistics, procurement, or operations.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are preferred. An MBA is also considered an advantage.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
