About the Talent Acquisition Intern Role

Thales is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support its operations in Riyadh. This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience within a global leader in aerospace, transportation, defence, security, and space. Thales has a long-standing partnership with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, contributing to its Vision 2030 through localization of defense technologies and talent development.

Role Objective

The Talent Acquisition Intern will provide essential support to the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) by assisting with daily sourcing activities, administrative tasks, and operational workflows. This role is designed to offer practical experience in recruitment processes within a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with day-to-day sourcing efforts.
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment.
• Contribute to the candidate experience by ensuring efficient application flow.
• Collaborate with the Talent Sourcing and TAP communities.
• Provide insights into the external job market and its specific characteristics.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Responsibilities

Interns are expected to uphold Thales' commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards. This includes:

• Ensuring personal safety and the safety of others.
• Actively participating in achieving HSE objectives and adhering to the Thales HSE Policy.
• Complying with all local HSE laws and legislation.
• Properly using required safety equipment, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Promoting water and energy conservation, waste minimization, and recycling initiatives.
• Reporting any health and safety concerns immediately to a line manager and the HSE department.
