About the Tamheer Program Trainee Role

SAB Invest is seeking a Talent Management & Culture Trainee to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship, offered through the Tamheer Program, provides a foundational experience for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop their skills in human resources within a professional financial services environment.

Purpose of the Role

The trainee will support daily activities within the Talent Management & Culture function. This involves contributing to the organization's growth by assisting with essential tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and training analysis. The role offers practical exposure to core HR operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate training records by coordinating with external stakeholders and internal HR teams.
  • Organize various training documents, including attendance sheets, certificates, and invoices.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and consolidate trackers for comprehensive analysis.
  • Support internal HR communication initiatives.
