About Conmarble and the Role

Conmarble specializes in providing eco-friendly luxury finishes for high-end architectural and interior design projects. The company offers microcement, clay plaster, lime plaster, polished plaster, and natural surface solutions designed to support healthier indoor environments and LEED-certified buildings. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Manager with BIM experience, based in Riyadh. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of project delivery, including the coordination of BIM models for architectural and interior finishes and ensuring the accurate integration of Conmarble materials into design and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing project timelines and supervising technical teams.
• Providing technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors.
• Reviewing drawings and specifications.
• Validating material performance.
• Supporting research and development for new surface solutions.
• Maintaining quality and compliance with local and international standards.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows, documentation, and BIM standards to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A background in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related technical field; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with BIM tools and workflows (*, Revit or similar), preferably within architectural, interior design, or construction contexts.
• Experience working in the Middle East.

Essential Skills and Capabilities

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models, and apply data-driven decision-making.
• Team management experience, including mentoring technical staff, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and promoting collaborative working practices.
• Hands-on technical support capabilities, providing guidance on material applications, installation details, troubleshooting, and on-site technical coordination.
• Experience in research and development (R&D), contributing to the evaluation, testing, and optimization of new finishes and surface solutions.
• Proven project management skills, overseeing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices, LEED or related certifications, and materials used in high-end architectural finishes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. Conmarble serves high-end architectural and interior design projects across Europe and the Middle East, focusing on sustainable, luxury finishes.
