About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Technology Strategy Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves collaborating with business leaders to drive technology-enabled transformation and deliver new forms of value for clients. The consultant will operate at the intersection of business and technology, providing strategic insights and leading engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems, leading to strategic insights.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology, based on assessment activities and an understanding of high-level visions, performance gaps, and needs.
• Lead independently small engagements or streams of work end-to-end across all delivery components, including client satisfaction, value delivered, team management, and financials.
• Identify and nurture pull-through business opportunities, supporting business development efforts with client and Accenture teams until successful sale closure.
• Collaborate with clients and internal Accenture teams to align business and technology priorities.
• Develop content knowledge and share it through proactive involvement in technology strategy operations and community of practices.
• Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insights, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on specific market-relevant technology strategy domains.
• Interact with senior management at client organizations and/or Accenture to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in on matters that may require alternate approaches.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time role should possess 5-10 years of professional experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or a related field. A proven track record of driving complex technology transformations and delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders is essential. The role requires the ability to lead engagements, manage teams, and contribute to business development.
