J&T Express Middle East is seeking a dedicated Treasury Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing the daily cash flow and bank operations within a fast-paced environment, ensuring financial precision and operational efficiency.

Role Summary

The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for the meticulous management of daily financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and key payment processes. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strong banking relationships while ensuring compliance with internal and external financial protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bank and cash journals, ensuring flawless record-keeping and perfect reconciliation with cash on hand.
• Process critical government logistics payments, including Iqama renewals and sponsorship transfers.
• Handle major e-commerce Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, specifically for platforms such as SHEIN and TEMU.
• Review and approve payment applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Manage daily tax advance payments and related financial operations.
• Act as the primary liaison with banking partners, managing account openings, updates, and bank guarantees.
• Maintain strong and effective relationships with all banking institutions.
• Download daily bank statements, finalize internal OA workflows, and provide timely updates to internal teams regarding financial status.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or banking operations.
• Demonstrated familiarity with Saudi Arabian government portals, including Qiwa and Absher.
• Experience with e-commerce Cash on Delivery (COD) cash handling processes.
• Proven ability to spot financial discrepancies instantly and consistently meet daily deadlines.

Location and Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia to be considered for this role. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where precision and organizational skills are paramount to managing daily financial operations effectively.
