About the Role at Synechron

Synechron is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves leading design efforts to create innovative, user-centered digital solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, with extensive experience in designing both web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the UI/UX design team to deliver innovative, user-centered designs that meet business and customer requirements.
• Define and execute the design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design recommendations that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Ensure that all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Report defects and assist in their understanding.

Experience and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 6 to 14 years of experience in UI/UX design. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.
