About Al Ghurair and Arabian Frontier Company

Al Ghurair is seeking a Vice President Fleet Sales for Arabian Frontier Company, the premier distributor of Voyah and MHERO automotive brands in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Arabian Frontier Company is dedicated to delivering premium luxury aesthetics, advanced off-road capabilities, and exceptional customer experiences. The company is currently undergoing rapid expansion, establishing state-of-the-art showrooms and service workshops across major regions, including Riyadh and Dammam.

Role Summary: Vice President Fleet Sales

This full-time leadership role is critical for establishing and scaling commercial fleet, government, and subdealer operations across Saudi Arabia. The Vice President will build and lead a lean, high-performing team, develop diverse channel strategies, and deploy necessary tools and resources to ensure sustainable business growth. This position acts as a key liaison between Arabian Frontier Company, major corporate and government clients, subdealers, and OEMs, ensuring maximum geographical exposure while adhering to premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive B2B channel strategies for corporate fleets, government entities, and commercial sectors.
Structure, negotiate, and manage subdealer distribution agreements to optimize geographical presence and market penetration.
Drive commercial expansion by establishing sustainable business models and operational milestones for the subdealer network.
Recruit, build, and direct a highly effective Fleet and B2B sales team.
Equip the team with essential tools, CRM systems, resources, and control mechanisms for lead generation, pipeline management, and client retention.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies, large corporate fleets, and subdealer networks.
Ensure all B2B and subdealer activities adhere to Voyah and MHERO brand strategies, luxury experience design, and OEM operational standards.
Collaborate with OEMs to secure strategic support, customized solutions, or commercial backing for acquiring and retaining major fleet partners.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a relevant leadership role.
Proven track record in structuring complex subdealer agreements and managing geographically dispersed sales networks.
Awareness of government purchase processes for automotive requirements.
Deep understanding of automotive business models in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and capability for multichannel business control.
Ability to thrive and scale operations efficiently with a lean, agile team in a rapid-expansion environment.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia, with operations spanning major cities such as Riyadh and Dammam. The role requires leadership within a dynamic, fast-growing environment focused on expanding the company's footprint and market share across the Kingdom.
