About the Winder Operator Role

Careers International is seeking a Winder Operator to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience in tissue mills. The role focuses on operating and maintaining winder machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality rolls.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the winder machinery to achieve maximum output and efficiency.
• Monitor the condition of rolls and report any defects to the dry end operator or shift leader.
• Control physical defects such as creases, trim overflow, and piping.
• Ensure rolls meet specified size and reel diameter requirements as per JOS.
• Maintain reel hardness according to QC standards.
• Take responsibility for any defects arising from winder operations.
• Perform core insertion and reel tapping procedures.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department for any equipment-related issues.
• Operate the winder at its designed speed.
• Produce Winder Production rolls according to SAP generated roll cards.

Required Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent industrial school education.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working in tissue mills.
• Basic English language proficiency is required.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role involves hands-on operation of industrial machinery within a manufacturing setting.
