- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and product quality.
- Monitor baking processes, adjusting oven temperatures and baking times as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area while complying with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Check inventory levels and report any shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in developing new recipes or improving existing ones.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow production schedules and maintain punctuality.
- Adhere to company policies and quality control procedures.
