Join Our Team as an Associate Business System Analyst!
ABIS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business System Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the analysis and documentation of business requirements, assist with system testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and end-users
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Assist in the creation of functional specifications for IT projects
Participate in user acceptance testing and drive stakeholder feedback
Support ongoing maintenance activities and system enhancements
Contribute to project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis

Requirements:

Excellent skills in Microsoft & Adobe
Fluent in English (writing & speaking)

نحن نبحث عن موظف موارد بشرية وإدارة متميز للانضمام إلى فريقنا في ASHOMCo.
تأسست ASHOMCo في عام 2013، وتعمل وتدير محطات توليد الطاقة المساندة لشركة أرامكو السعودية في الهفوف، والأبقيق، ورأس تنورة، حيث تقدم 920 ميغاوات من الكهرباء و1400 طن/ساعة من البخار.

عن الدور:
سيدعم موظف الموارد البشرية والإدارة العمليات اليومية في قسم الموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك:

دعم عمليات التوظيف، والتوجيه، والعلاقات الموظفين.
تحديث قواعد بيانات الموارد البشرية.
تنفيذ معاملات الحكومة الإلكترونية.
إصدار سياسات الموارد البشرية.
تنسيق أنشطة التعرف والتدريب.

المتطلبات:

خريج جديد بدرجة بكاليوس أو دبلوم في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office.
مهارات تنظيمية وحل المشكلات قوية.
مهارات تواصل واضحة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
