Position Overview

Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. is seeking an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman to oversee daily drilling and workover operations on land rigs. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional committed to operational excellence and safety.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising field activities, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling programs, coordinating necessary resources, and managing contractor performance. This role demands strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all drilling and workover operations on land rigs.
• Ensure all rig personnel and service providers comply with company HSE policies, industry regulations, and operational procedures.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery of drilling materials, equipment, and services to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with drilling engineers and technical teams to implement best drilling practices and optimize operational performance.
• Review and approve daily drilling reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure drilling equipment and rig systems are properly maintained to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate operational challenges and recommend alternative methods or equipment when necessary.
• Verify that blowout prevention equipment is correctly configured, tested, and maintained in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead safety initiatives, conduct field inspections, and promote a strong safety culture across all rig operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support drilling operations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Drilling Rig Foreman or in a similar supervisory capacity.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in drilling and workover operations on land rigs.
