Role Overview

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Production Specialist - F-15SA Modifications to support its F-15SA modifications and upgrades team. This full-time, on-site position is based at King Abdulaziz Air Base in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role is critical for ensuring compliance with Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations for the F-15SA platform.

Program Context and Contribution

This is a long-term role, reporting directly to the Quality Manager – F-15SA Modifications. The selected candidate will be onboarded in alignment with program start and execution timelines, with flexibility in start date and working hours potentially required to meet operational demands. The specialist will work closely with the F-15SA Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Quality products and services, contributing to a culture of safety, compliance, and product integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and motivates a team with diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
Performs inspections on F-15SA aircraft for maintenance activities.
Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure the deployment of program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements using established procedures.
Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root causes for routine problems.
Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, and related business, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Documents audit results in standard formats.
Fosters a culture of safety, compliance, first-time quality, technical excellence, and product integrity.
Supports the implementation of standardization, LEAN, and BPS principles.
Maintains excellent communication and flow of relevant information throughout the team.
Drives initiatives that promote production efficiency and innovation.
Cultivates a reporting culture that prioritizes safety in accordance with Boeing's Safety Management System.
Undertakes other activities as needed, working under general supervision.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Extensive working knowledge, experience, and proven application of Aircraft Maintenance and Modification standards, requirements, and associated regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO, or related production control environments.
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR).
- Willingness and ability to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with F-15 Aircraft Maintenance.
- Technical data/orders experience.
- Ability to support corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in applying Safety Management Systems (SMS) Implementation.

Work Location and Employment Terms

This position is 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit; candidates must reside in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Boeing is not able to sponsor applicants for employment visa status. This is an international, locally hired position in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and will commensurate with experience and qualifications in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia law.
