Anan Real Estate Company is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in Al Qatif, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in sales, focusing on real estate.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the land purchasing process. This involves providing detailed information, conducting site visits, negotiating, and closing sales transactions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at the Sales Center and respond to inquiries received through approved communication channels.
• Identify client needs, budgets, and purchasing objectives to recommend suitable land plots.
• Present detailed information on land developments, including locations, amenities, plot sizes, pricing, sales terms, and payment options.
• Arrange and conduct site visits, accompanying potential buyers to explore available land plots.
• Address customer concerns, negotiate within approved authority limits, and successfully close sales transactions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert inquiries and site visits into reservations and completed sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update sales pipeline stages, document communication outcomes, and schedule follow-ups using the CRM system.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, banks, and financing institutions to generate sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare periodic reports on sales opportunities, performance, and reasons for unsuccessful transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the real estate sector.

Work Environment and Schedule

This role requires working on-site according to the Sales Center’s schedule, which may include evening shifts and weekends as needed.
