About the Role

Rise Up (رايز آب) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is central to delivering a high-quality experience to our customers through direct interaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries effectively, both in person and over the phone.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding company services.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customer questions with clarity and helpfulness.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and operational procedures.
• Contribute feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to commit to a full-time, on-site work schedule.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
