About the Role

CleanLife is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing professional customer support across various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall service experience. The role operates within a shift system to guarantee continuous coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries received via phone calls, email, and live chat.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate level when necessary.
  • Follow up on service requests, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure completion.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
  • Work within a shift schedule to ensure full coverage of operational hours.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams to meet departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have 0-1 years of experience in customer service or administrative support roles.
