About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join its team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are committed to delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences for guests.

Role Purpose

As an F&B Service Expert, you will be instrumental in creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, with food and drinks serving as a key part of their journey. This role involves proactive engagement to ensure guests thoroughly enjoy their meals and overall dining experience at Le Méridien.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests in a courteous manner.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the F&B Service Expert position should have 0-1 year of relevant experience in food and beverage service. A strong commitment to service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.

Physical Requirements

This role requires certain physical capabilities to perform duties effectively:

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Proficiency in reading and visually verifying information, such as managing menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
