About the Support Information Entry Specialist Role

ReLyticx HR is seeking a Support Information Entry Specialist to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience who is detail-oriented and dependable. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data handling across our systems, contributing to informed decision-making and effective business operations.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining essential information within our systems with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. You will play a key part in ensuring our data remains reliable and well-structured. This position involves both individual contributor tasks and light coordination activities, requiring a balance between focused data processing and supporting team efforts.

  • Coordinate information collection from various stakeholders.
  • Prioritize data processing based on urgency and business needs.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and report trends.
  • Assist in training new team members on data entry standards.
  • Contribute to the documentation of best practices and procedures.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
