Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise housekeeping attendants, assign daily cleaning tasks, and set operational priorities.
  • Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections aligned with Forbes 5-star and FAENA luxury service standards.
  • Support training and onboarding of housekeeping team members.
  • Monitor productivity and ensure seamless guest experiences by coordinating with other departments.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate operational records.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping at a luxury hotel or resort, including supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with Forbes 5-star or AAA 5-Diamond standards is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality qualification or related education is preferred.

  • قيادة الفريق والتطوير: تدريب وتوجيه فريقك للحفاظ على ثقافة خدمتنا، وتقديم التدريب والتعليقات المستمرة.
  • التنسيق والتواصل: التعاون بفعالية مع الأقسام الأخرى للحفاظ على عمليات سلسة والإبلاغ عن مشكلات الصيانة في الوقت المناسب.
  • المعايير والسلامة والامتثال: الحفاظ على جميع معايير الصحة والسلامة وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والممارسات البيئية.

المؤهلات والخبرة:
  • 2-4 سنوات من الخبرة في بيئة فندقية فاخرة، ويفضل في دور إشرافي.
  • الدبلوم أو الشهادة في إدارة الضيافة ميزة.

المهارات والقدرات:
  • مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية مع اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل.
  • قدرات تواصل فعالة وكفاءة في تدريب وإدارة فريق متنوع.
  • معرفة بأنظمة التنظيف وإدارة الممتلكات ميزة إضافية.

معلومات إضافية:
  • فهم توقعات الضيوف الفاخرة للغاية والخبرة خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح أمر ضروري.
  • يجب الحفاظ على مظهر وتقديم شخصي لا تشوبه شائبة يتماشى مع معايير الفخامة.
