Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial resources, focusing on cash flow, debt, and capital markets.
- Handle cash investments and maturities to ensure funds are available when needed.
- Oversee daily treasury activities to meet financial obligations.
- Manage borrowings and capital management to reduce costs and ensure fund availability.
- Negotiate interest rates with banks for maximum returns on fixed deposits.
- Assess investment opportunities to improve ROI.
- Develop plans to mitigate currency and interest rate risks.
- Prepare financial reports on cash positions and liquidity for senior leadership.
- Identify and negotiate funding opportunities for company activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
