Role Purpose:
The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving and exceeding personal targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand our customer portfolio by identifying new client opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and follow up regularly.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet business objectives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the Aftersales Division to resolve customer issues.

Education & Experience Required:
A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 24 years of sales experience in a similar role.

The Role
As a Hairstylist, you will provide a range of hairdressing services, including haircuts, color treatments, and styling. This role requires artistic skill, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while staying current with the latest hair trends.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Haircuts and Styling: Perform haircuts, trims, and styling services tailored to client preferences and current trends.
• Color Services: Apply hair coloring techniques, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles.
• Product Application: Apply and recommend hair care products based on individual client needs.
• Service/Product Promotion: Actively promote salon services and retail products, highlighting their benefits.
• Treatment Services: Provide additional hair care services, such as deep conditioning and keratin treatments.
• Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, ensuring all tools are properly sanitized.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of client preferences and services performed for personalized follow-up.
• Retail Sales: Promote and sell hair care products and salon services, contributing to sales targets.

Building Successful Relationships

• Clients: Build strong relationships through high-quality service and personalized care.
• Salon Staff: Collaborate with other stylists to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Management: Provide feedback on client satisfaction and service quality.
• Suppliers: Work with suppliers to ensure the availability of quality hair care products.

Qualification Standards

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in cosmetology or hairstyling is required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year as a hairstylist, preferably in a high-traffic salon.
• Grooming: Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to grooming standards set by the salon.
