Join us as a Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent!
We are seeking a qualified professional to oversee mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance within our utility area.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute preventive and urgent maintenance works during shifts.
Conduct daily inspections of all equipment and execute programmed activities according to the maintenance plan.
Perform failure analyses and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
Develop upgrades and permanent solutions for frequent issues.
Contribute to creating standard work procedures for utility equipment maintenance.
Assist in preparing the spare parts budget and monitor the delivery and inspection of received parts.
Provide comprehensive reports on maintenance plan execution, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Prepare technical reports for higher management, including evaluations of relevant bids.
Help develop a standard specifications list for spare parts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
7+ years of experience in utility mechanical maintenance in the steel industry or 10+ years in a similar heavy industry.
