Your Role:
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Jeddah, reporting to the Head of Finance. This role is crucial in managing overhead budgets, supporting financial governance, and strengthening working capital performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance while contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual overhead budget planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic targets.
• Monitor actual spending versus budget and manage revisions through analysis of variances.
• Support stock management and financial flows in compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead the end-to-end invoice processing cycle, ensuring timely submissions and issue resolution.
• Participate in Balance Sheet reviews and propose actionable measures to improve cash flow.
• Assist in preparing management reports and dashboards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:

• KSA National with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/FP&A preferably within FMCG.
• Professional certifications (CMA/ACCA/CPA) are an advantage.
• Fluent in English & Arabic (written & spoken).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting frameworks, and reporting methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems, analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively.

This role is vital in managing overhead budgets, supporting financial governance, overseeing vendor and invoice processes, and improving working capital performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence, while also enhancing process efficiency.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Leading the annual overhead budget planning process in alignment with strategic targets.
• Monitoring actual spending versus budget throughout the year.
• Support stock management and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead the invoice processing cycle and maintain communication with vendors.
• Participate in Balance Sheet reviews and analyze key working-capital components.
• Assist in preparing management reports and dashboards.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• KSA National.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance/FP&A, preferably in FMCG.
• Progress toward CMA/ACCA/CPA is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Proactive communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments.
