About BART

BART is a Saudi specialty coffee brand focused on redefining the modern café experience. The brand integrates coffee culture with pop culture through collaborations with global brands such as Sanrio and Powerpuff Girls (PPG). BART emphasizes high-quality specialty coffee and innovative beverages at competitive prices, with a focus on fast service and energetic atmospheres. Operating 30 branches across Jeddah and Al Madinah, BART is a rapidly expanding brand with a significant community presence on social media.

The Role of Graphic Designer

BART is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets that support BART’s brand across various digital and print channels, contributing to a recognizable and evolving brand in a dynamic, expansion-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design promotional materials, social media content, in-store visuals, packaging elements, and campaign collateral consistent with BART’s identity and collaborations.
Translate marketing briefs into impactful design solutions.
Refine layouts and typography to ensure visual appeal and readability.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and store teams to adapt visuals for different branches and customer segments.
Stay informed about current design trends, particularly those relevant to youth culture, cafés, and pop culture partnerships.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print materials.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Strong skills in Typography and layout for creating clear, engaging, and on-brand designs.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software (*, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalents).
A portfolio demonstrating creative work in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role requires on-site presence to facilitate collaboration with various teams and ensure brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
