Aljeel Medical is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on driving sales activities within the designated region.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist is responsible for all sales activities within the assigned region, ensuring the quality and consistency of product and service delivery. The primary objective is to achieve established sales targets and gross profit for the product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales of company products and services to current and prospective clients across the designated area, including remote locations.
• Maintain and enhance existing client relationships while developing new ones to expand business reach.
• Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, including sales funnel and customer relationship management (CRM), utilizing tools such as market information systems (MIS) and competitor analysis.
• Communicate new offerings, significant developments, and field activity feedback to relevant internal teams.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various company departments to ensure all requirements for sales closure are met efficiently.
• Diligently achieve and monitor annual sales targets and manage product stock levels.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and product quality.
• Utilize the JD Edwards system for sales and stock monitoring processes, ensuring data is current and accurate.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant sales role, demonstrating a proven track record in achieving sales objectives.

Work Setting

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement within the specified sales region.
