About Dar Al-Hekma University

Dar Al-Hekma University in Jeddah is seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to join the Admission and Registration Department. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Student Recruitment Officer serves as a primary link between the university, schools, and partner companies. This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, managing events, and converting inquiries into applications and enrollments to meet set targets. The officer will also manage the Student Ambassador Program and maintain relationships with prospective students and educational agents.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary communication link between schools, partner companies, and the university.
Coordinate with internal departments for planning activities, events, and logistics.
Manage and maintain the recruitment activity calendar.
Represent the university at marketing and recruitment events, including school visits, open days, and education fairs.
Plan, organize, and participate in all recruitment initiatives.
Manage the Student Ambassador Program and allocate student inquiries to the internal team.
Collect and analyze data from recruitment activities, accurately entering data and converting leads into applications and enrollments in line with targets.
Prepare and update recruitment and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional items.
Manage and respond to inquiries and applications from education agents and direct applicants.
Provide comprehensive information packs to prospective students.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international qualifications, education systems, and regulatory requirements.
Respond to admission inquiries via telephone and email, providing clear information to convert inquiries into applications.
Follow up with partner institutions to increase graduate enrollment.
Analyze and report on student feedback at inquiry and application stages.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
Prepare and submit weekly follow-up reports on recruitment activities, including progress analysis and recommendations.
Maintain strong working relationships with national and international agents, ensuring timely communication.
Perform additional recruitment-related duties as required to support enrollment objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment activities and events.
Experience in data collection, analysis, and lead conversion.
Proficiency in preparing marketing and recruitment materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with schools, partners, and prospective students.
