Role Overview

United Members Company is seeking an experienced Accountant specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing financial transactions related to suppliers and ensuring compliance with company financial procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Process bank payments and reconcile bank statements.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an Accountant with a specialization in Accounts Payable (AP).
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in either Jeddah or Makkah. The role operates within a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and emphasizes high-quality service delivery.
