About the Role

SAJA Hospitality Solutions (SHS), the technical arm of SIAD Holding company, is seeking an Architecture Project Manager to join its growing organization in Saudi Arabia. SHS focuses on executing group projects and initiatives within the hospitality sector, collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects align with local regulations and international standards. This full-time position is based in Jeddah.

Role Overview

The Architecture Project Manager will lead and coordinate architectural projects from initial concept through to construction completion. The primary objective is to ensure that all projects meet design intent, quality standards, established timelines, and budgetary constraints. This role involves active participation in all project phases, emphasizing professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, oversee design development and documentation, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Review architectural drawings and technical details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor site progress and resolve design and construction issues as they arise.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry standards.
  • Prepare project reports, track project risks, and manage changes to project scope.
  • Support procurement and contract administration processes as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Professional experience in managing architecture or construction projects, with preference for experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Strong skills in architectural design, planning, and technical detailing, with the ability to translate concepts into construction documents.
  • Proficiency in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and risk management.
  • Experience in stakeholder communication, including leading meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Ability to oversee on-site activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Competence in using industry-standard design and project management tools (*, CAD/BIM software, project management platforms).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Professional certifications in project management (*, PMP or equivalent) are beneficial.
