The Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join its dynamic multinational team. This full-time role is central to driving business performance by ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System. The manager will be responsible for achieving business and quality objectives by leading divisional quality functions, processes, personnel, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards on site to ensure employee awareness and their contribution to achieving Quality objectives.
• Cultivate a health and safety culture within the Quality department to increase awareness and minimize accidents.
• Manage quality investigation systems to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions, aiming to reduce non-conformances, customer/consumer complaints, wastage, and final product dumps.
• Oversee all Laboratory functions to ensure reliable results, product integrity, and legislative compliance for poultry products, operating within staff and budgetary limits.
• Develop and train staff to optimize departmental performance and flexibility.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Quality Assurance Manager position should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance management.
