Role Overview

Makkah Water Safa is seeking a Finance Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role central to the company's financial operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning, reporting, and control activities, ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and manage company cash flow effectively.
• Oversee general ledger operations and ensure accurate month-end closing processes.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and procurement departments to analyze costs, margins, and inform investment decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Supervise compliance with local regulations, tax and Zakat requirements, and internal financial policies.
• Strengthen internal controls and provide support during financial audits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
• Support senior leadership with regular financial analysis and actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a finance management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, reporting, and control.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger management, and month-end closing procedures.
• Familiarity with local regulations, tax, and Zakat requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
