About the Role

تطبيق خفي Khafy App is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Makkah, covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is critical for supporting the company’s growth by establishing and enhancing robust HR systems and practices. The role focuses on developing employees, improving the overall work environment, and ensuring full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy and annual plan in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding cycle, from workforce planning to employee joining.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, attendance, leave management, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Supervise the HR team and coordinate effectively with different departments across the company.

HR Systems and Policy Development

  • Develop comprehensive HR policies, procedures, organizational structures, and detailed job descriptions.
  • Design and implement performance management systems and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and operate ERP and HR management systems, supporting the automation of HR processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze recruitment, performance, training, turnover, and workforce-related metrics.

Employee Development and Relations

  • Identify training needs and develop continuous employee development plans.
  • Develop career paths, promotion plans, succession planning, and replacement strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, address complaints and workplace conflicts, and enhance the overall work environment.

Compliance and Government Platform Management

  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and all internal company policies.
  • Manage and follow up on government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, and the Wage Protection System.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in building and developing HR systems and practices. A comprehensive understanding of Saudi Labor Law and practical experience with relevant government platforms are essential for this role.
