About the Industrial Designer Role

This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on contributing to the design and development of new and existing products, ensuring alignment with market requirements and company objectives from concept to production. The role involves a blend of creative design and technical specification to achieve quality and operational efficiency.

Product Design and Development

The Industrial Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing new product designs, transforming initial ideas into tangible and implementable models. This includes preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and production documentation. A key aspect of the role involves reviewing and approving designs prior to manufacturing, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and requirements.

Collaboration and Production Oversight

This position requires close coordination with suppliers and manufacturers regarding raw materials, production needs, and technical specifications. The designer will follow up on prototypes, evaluate their performance, and implement necessary improvements. Addressing technical challenges that arise during production and manufacturing is also a core responsibility. Collaboration with various internal departments is essential to guarantee product quality and meet time and financial targets.

Market Analysis and Innovation

The role involves conducting studies and comparisons of competing products to identify opportunities for development and innovation. The Industrial Designer will also be tasked with drawing initial and detailed prototypes for industrial products and their accessories to establish new designs. Consultation with sales teams, management, and clients will be necessary to discuss design concepts and required enhancements.

Quality Assurance and Supervision
