Junior Architect Revit Modeling

About the Role

Mass Advanced Consultant Engineers is seeking a Junior Architect – Revit Modeling to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and focuses on architectural modeling and documentation for various industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform architectural modeling and documentation using Revit.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and various architectural drawings.
• Model existing factories based on site surveys and as-built information.
• Contribute to new factory and industrial building designs.
• Prepare and edit drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce architectural renders using Lumion.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with other engineering disciplines.
• Attend site visits as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant architectural role.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to work in Jeddah.
• Experience with as-built surveys is required.
• Knowledge of SBC, MODON, or architectural fire & life safety requirements is preferred.
• Experience with factories, warehouses, or industrial projects is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong and fast Revit skills are essential for this role.
• Good AutoCAD skills.
• Good Lumion rendering skills.
• A good understanding of architectural drawings and detailing.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
