About the Role

Match is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes through diligent equipment operation and maintenance.

Role Summary

The Machine Operator plays a vital role in supporting production operations by operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment and systems. This position emphasizes strict adherence to safety standards, proactive maintenance practices, and seamless coordination with team members to uphold quality benchmarks and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and closely monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and steady output.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnose technical issues to prevent downtime.
• Uphold safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Accurately document operational activities, reporting discrepancies and equipment irregularities.
• Prepare equipment setups, load materials, and fine-tune machine settings as required for each production cycle.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily production goals and swiftly address operational challenges.
• Conduct scheduled equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality standards are maintained.
• Maintain detailed equipment usage logs and submit performance reports as needed.
• Oversee production workflows and verify compliance with quality assurance criteria.
• Perform any work requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining machinery, preferably within a production environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of safety protocols and operational best practices.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
