About Near Platforms and the Tamheer Program
Near Platforms is a rapidly expanding technology company specializing in SaaS (Software as a Service) and smart business solutions. We are seeking driven and curious individuals to join our Sales Development team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) through the Tamheer Program. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with practical experience in business development and sales within a dynamic industry.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role
As an SDR in the Tamheer Program, you will play a key role in identifying new growth opportunities and cultivating meaningful client relationships for Near Platforms. This position is based in Jeddah or Makkah and focuses on the initial stages of the sales cycle, contributing directly to the company's B2B growth strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
- Identify and engage potential clients to introduce Near's digital solutions.
- Assess customer requirements and present appropriate solutions and services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and document all sales activities using approved systems.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals.
- Monitor sales activities, prepare periodic reports, and submit necessary recommendations.
- Monitor competitors, analyze their activities, and propose opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve company objectives.
Program Focus and Learning Outcomes
The Tamheer Program is structured to equip talented graduates with hands-on experience in critical areas. Participants will gain practical skills in business development, lead generation, and data-driven sales growth. The program enables interns to research markets, identify potential clients, and develop personalized outreach strategies that align with Near's innovative approach to B2B expansion.
