The Role: Pizza Chef

Nawa Patio is seeking a dedicated Pizza Chef to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the preparation and cooking of a variety of pizzas and related dishes. The primary objective of this role is to ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all pizza offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage pizza dough.
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens efficiently.
• Prepare various sauces and toppings according to established recipes.
• Adhere strictly to established recipes and portion control standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the pizza preparation area.
• Coordinate effectively with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory of pizza ingredients, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Provide support to overall food service operations during peak periods.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in pizza preparation and kitchen management.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare a variety of pizzas and related dishes.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Nawa Patio in Jeddah, Makkah. The role requires active participation within a dynamic kitchen environment, working collaboratively with a dedicated culinary team to deliver high-quality food service.
