The Role of Pizza Chef

Keglu Bakery is seeking a Pizza Chef to join its culinary team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the complete preparation and baking of keto and gluten-free pizzas. The role involves ensuring all products meet Keglu’s stringent quality standards, from initial dough preparation to final plating, while adhering to specialized dietary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake keto and gluten-free pizzas, including dough preparation, sauce and topping assembly, baking, and plating.
• Follow specialized recipes and dietary guidelines to ensure proper portioning and consistent product quality.
• Consistently deliver products that meet established taste, texture, and presentation expectations.
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient workstation daily.
• Manage ingredient inventory and coordinate effectively with the broader kitchen team.
• Ensure timely production of pizzas to fulfill customer orders.
• Uphold strict hygiene and food safety practices in all aspects of food preparation and handling.
• Support menu innovation and collaborate with the team to improve processes and introduce new pizza offerings.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Pizza Chef position should possess a strong background in culinary arts with a specific focus on pizza preparation. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
