About Salla and the Product Manager Role

Salla is a company focused on redefining digital commerce across the region, providing an ecosystem that unifies marketplaces, payments, shipping, and operations into a single platform. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an individual with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will drive product strategy and execution within Salla's SaaS e-commerce ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions designed to support merchant growth. The successful candidate will combine curiosity, clarity, and execution skills to build products that meet merchant needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Define and manage an outcome-driven roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Translate data and insights into product improvements that enhance adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure impact and guide prioritization.
• Simplify complex information, communicate trade-offs clearly, and ensure alignment across various teams.
• Operate confidently using Figma and Jira, applying agile methodologies throughout the development process.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to own and manage the full product lifecycle.
• Experience defining and managing an outcome-driven product roadmap.
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and operations teams to ship products.
• Skill in converting data and insights into actionable decisions that impact key metrics.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Experience driving adoption, engagement, and satisfaction through experimentation.
• Proficiency in using Figma and Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup or founder experience, particularly in 0-1 product building, is considered an advantage.
