Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant And Banquet Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest experiences. Key duties include:

• Overseeing the workflow within the restaurant and banquet hall from guest arrival to departure.
• Ensuring the quality and speed of food and beverage service.
• Intervening immediately to address guest complaints and guarantee complete guest satisfaction.

Operational Oversight

This role requires meticulous attention to detail in managing operational logistics and maintaining high standards. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating in advance, preparing banquet halls, and arranging tables and seating according to group needs and booking requirements.
• Implementing and monitoring occupational health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Supervising food and beverage storage, managing supply orders, and minimizing waste.

Team Leadership and Development

A crucial aspect of this position involves leading and developing the service team to ensure professional and efficient operations. The supervisor will:
