About the Sales Executive Role

As a Sales Executive at Hampton Inn - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue and contributing to the delivery of memorable guest experiences, aligning with the hospitality standards of Hilton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across various revenue streams.
  • Grow customer accounts through building strong relationships with existing customers and local travel to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster.
  • Negotiate and contract effectively to secure group and corporate bookings, negotiating rates, and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
  • Support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to Sales leadership to provide visibility into sales efforts.
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction.
